Holger Peterson of Stony Plain Records says Johnny’s “If My Daddy Could see Me Now” is definitely one of the top 10 Canadian blues releases of all time. From sharing the stage with B.B. King, John Hammond, Delbert McClinton, and fellow Canadian blues icon Richard Newell (AKA King Biscuit Boy), to winning 9 Real Blues Awards, Johnny continues writing, recording, and producing along the blues highway.
